Who we work with

  • Companies: Romanian businesses with temporary projects in the EU, and foreign companies with employees or activity in Romania.
  • Individuals: employees working in Germany or Austria, expats and digital nomads, and people moving to or from Romania who need to sort out their tax position.

How we work

The exact procedure depends on the service, but our approach is the same across all cases:

  • Initial assessment — we clarify your situation and whether you are eligible.
  • Document check — you receive a clear list tailored to your case, not a generic template.
  • Full file preparation — we prepare and review everything before submission.
  • Ongoing support — we handle any follow-up requests or clarifications from the authorities.

Everything can be done remotely. If a specific document needs to be in original form or a physical step is required, we let you know in advance and walk you through exactly what to do.

Frequently asked questions

Can I work with you remotely from outside Romania?

Yes. In the vast majority of cases the whole process can be handled online, based on documents sent electronically. We work with clients across the EU and beyond.

Do you guarantee the outcome?

We guarantee a correctly and completely prepared file. The final decision rests with the relevant authority — the CNPP, ANAF, or the German or Austrian tax office depending on the service. What we can control, we take full responsibility for.

How do I get started?

Send us a brief description of your situation along with whatever documents you have. We come back with an initial eligibility assessment and the recommended next steps.

Have a cross-border situation?

Tell us briefly whether you need help with an A1 certificate, a tax refund from Germany or Austria, or tax residency in Romania. We come back with:

  • an initial assessment of how your case would be classified;
  • the list of documents you would need;
  • the available options and next steps.
